Who Are We?
Sicilian Pastry Chefs from Catania, Sicily.
The Mellini family then migrated to Rome where they lived and worked in the Pasticceria / Rosticceria scene of Rome, adapting to the market and learning a few other recipes including Maritozzi and Pizza Al Taglio.
Finally Moving to Melbourne in 2000.
