Who Are We?

Sicilian Pastry Chefs from Catania, Sicily.

The Mellini family then migrated to Rome where they lived and worked in the Pasticceria / Rosticceria scene of Rome, adapting to the market and learning a few other recipes including Maritozzi and Pizza Al Taglio.

Finally Moving to Melbourne in 2000.

All our Products are hand made daily in store.

Yes, it doesn't look like it, but our kitchen is bigger than you think.

We bake and fry all our products every morning and do it again the next day, no second day selling.
